PHASE 1: Engagement
1. Engaging BKL Design & Build
After receiving your inquiry about our services, you will be sent an online questionnaire through which we are able to understand the context of your renovation, ideal budget, preferred commencement date and availability.
2. Measuring
Once the questionnaire is replied and availability is aligned, we will book a visit to your home to conduct an initial site measure for quoting purposes, and discuss design solutions.
3. Quoting
You will receive an initial quote based on the suggested design solutions to your renovation, material & labour required, construction documentation, project & construction management, home warranty insurance, and building permit & engineering (if needed, as separate).
PHASE 2: Project Management & dESIGN
4. Acceptance
Upon initial quote approval, a formal contract will be issued. The contract underpins the client's and builder’s rights and obligations, time frames, terms and conditions for variations, insurance, claims, termination, and others.
5. Design Stage
When the agreement is formalized, the design stage begins. We will conduct a check measure and provide you with 2D plans and elevations, plus 3D B&W perspectives, according to the scope of works, so you can better visualize your new space and refine the design solutions.
6. Selections
In the selections phase, you are welcome to our Showroom for a design consultation where you will be able to compare samples of different finishes, define the project colour pallet, and last details that will be formalized by the final construction documentation used on site.
PHASE 3: Construction

Here is when all the planning comes to life.
Prior to the commencement date, you will receive our visit at your home to go through the construction process and time frames, clarify any questions and take photos of the space(s) that will be renovated.
