 With nearly 20 years in the building industry, Scott began his career in tiling and waterproofing before co-founding BKL Solutions alongside Nick. He holds a Certificate IV in Building & Construction and brings an exceptional eye for detail to every project. Known for his clear communication, meticulous work ethic, and ever-positive attitude, Scott helps make even the most complex jobs feel easy. A genuine team player and all-round great bloke. 

 Jordan brings years of hands-on experience in both residential and commercial carpentry. With a strong background managing sites and coordinating trades, he ensures each stage of the build runs smoothly and to a high standard. Quality-focused and solutions-driven, Jordan takes pride in delivering detailed, well-executed work on every project. 

 Nick began his career as a tiler while studying building design, eventually completing a Bachelor of Construction Management. With a background in wet area renovations, he brings a sharp eye for detail and a practical approach to every project. He’s especially passionate about transforming existing homes, reworking tricky floor plans and creating spaces that truly reflect how people live. 

  With a background in commercial design and a love for creating character-filled residential spaces, Annie brings both technical knowledge and creative flair to every project. Holding a double diploma in Building and Interior Design, she is passionate about crafting everyday spaces that are both beautiful and functional, always tailored to the people who live in them. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on guiding clients confidently through the design process.
